About Maelys
Maëlys joined our Dispute Resolution Team as a Litigation Assistant in 2021. She graduated with a French Law degree from Rennes University in which she obtained a distinction and a “mention bien” for excellence. She then went on to study her Masters in International Commercial Law at Cardiff University after which she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at Cardiff University in which she obtained a distinction. Maëlys is currently studying the Legal Practice Course Part-time at the University of Law of Bristol. Prior to starting at Berry Smith, Maëlys gained broad experience working in both French and Welsh law firms in all aspects of commercial litigation.
