About Iwan
Iwan has for many years been recognised as a leading partner and top ranked lawyer in several areas of law in the Chambers and Partners Guide to the Legal Profession.
He deals with all aspects of Commercial Litigation, but has a particular specialisation in claims for Professional Negligence. Iwan is a member of the specialist Property Litigation Association, The Compulsory Purchase Association and ACTAPS (the organisation for contentious trust and probate lawyers). He is a regular speaker on all property related matters for the RICS across Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Iwan has for many years been a top ranked lawyer in several areas of law in the Chambers and Partners Guide to the Legal Profession and is the only lawyer in Wales recognised in the Legal 500 Guide as a Leading Individual in 5 different areas of law. - Defended a probate claim against an Estate valued at over £30m
- Representing the Welsh Government in First Tier Tribunal CPO claims relating to the major A465 Heads of the Valleys scheme
