About Harry

Harry is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution team and deals with a broad range of commercial disputes, which are often urgent in nature. 

Harry’s work predominantly revolves around construction disputes. Harry acts for and against almost all parties in the construction process including in Court, adjudication and adjudication enforcement or challenges. 

Having had experience of commercial and corporate work, Harry also regularly advises and represents clients in contractual and company disputes. Harry has experience of resolving a wide range of cases at mediations.

Harry qualified with Berry Smith in 2017 following completion of a Law degree and LPC at Cardiff University where he won awards for the best overall performance on the LPC and in each of the core modules (Property Law, Business Law and Litigation).

Experience

• Represents employers and contractors in a broad range of construction disputes concerning issues of termination of contracts, defective works, overcharging and delay, including in adjudications and their enforcement or resisting enforcement.
• Wide range of commercial and contractual disputes, including a extremely complex unfair prejudice petition including an application for contempt of court and injunctions against directors / shareholders for breach of duties.
• Acted in numerous professional negligence claims against solicitors, surveyors, construction professionals, contract administrators and accountants
