About Ellen

Ellen joined the firm in 2017 and is an associate solicitor in our corporate team. Her main role consists of advising and assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions, investments and corporate governance matters. She is also a member of the Healthcare Department and advises on GP Partnership agreements, sales and purchases of dental practices and NHS Surgery mergers.
