Elena Vaughan
Solicitor
About Elena
Elena joined the Employment and HR department in May 2023. Elena has a wealth of experience in Employment matters, in particular Employment Tribunal matters involving large public sector organisations. Elena worked as a paralegal for many years in Cardiff based law firms, before qualifying as a solicitor in the public sector in April 2023. Elena is a fluent Welsh speaker.
Outside of work, Elena plays netball in a friendly league and enjoys learning Spanish in evening classes.
