Chris Jones joined the firm in 1992 from Eversheds and since then has built a reputation for providing an excellent service to his property clients. He is regarded by his clients as intelligent and a good negotiator.

Experience:
His practice covers all aspects of property work with an emphasis on the assembly of development sites (for both residential and commercial development) and landlord and tenant work, primarily for retail and leisure occupiers.
Chris handles a considerable amount of work for Vastint Hospitality including on the acquisition of various development sites throughout England (including at Heathrow and the Birmingham NEC) along with supplemental work arising from the development of current sites.
