The accolade is based on feedback from thousands of clients who participated in the guide’s annual research programme, which assesses client experience and identifies the firms most likely to be recommended by those who have used their services.

The research measures client satisfaction and loyalty through Net Promoter Score, a globally recognised metric that evaluates how likely clients are to recommend a business to friends, family, colleagues or others seeking professional advice. The score come from the responses to a question posed to all clients in Legal 500’s annual research: “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?”
