We also have an experienced secured lending team acting for various locally based banks and financial institutions, including Development Bank of Wales, Principality Commercial, Handelsbanken, HSBC, Monmouthshire Building Society and Hodge Bank, on commercial lending transactions relating to development sites and investment property portfolios across England and Wales.
Berry Smith is on the National Procurement Service Legal Services Agreement enabling us to act for the Welsh Government, Welsh local authorities, Housing Associations and other public sector organisations on a range of commercial property matters.
