Berry Smith are delighted to have advised Enclave Networks Limited on its recent $1m fundraise by a number of overseas venture capital firms.
The fundraising round was led by Berlin based Next Big Thing AG (NBT) together with US cyber investors Gula Tech Adventures (GTA).
Enclave Networks is the Company behind a computer networking technology that helps organisations become more resilient against cyber-attacks. The technology makes connectivity within businesses and their supply chains more straightforward and secure by ensuring connecting systems are invisible to third parties.
The investment will support Enclave’s go-to-market strategy and expansion into new markets, including the USA. Commenting on the fundraise, Enclave Networks CEO David Notley said:
“We are delighted to oversubscribe our latest funding round with outstanding investors who have proven capabilities growing disruptive technology companies such as ours. Network infrastructure has become increasingly complex and diverse, with the result that all too often it can be a blocker to organisational agility rather than the enabler it can be with Enclave.”
Berry Smith worked closely with the Enclave team throughout the transaction to ensure a swiftly executed fundraise in a tight timeframe.
Paul Evans, Corporate Partner, led the team at Berry Smith which acted on the investment.
Paul commented: “It was a pleasure to work with David, Marc and the team again having acted on the previous fundraising in 2021. The transaction marks another a huge step for Enclave and will assist the company in presenting this vital technology to organisations thereby enabling them to conduct business safely against the threat of ever-increasing cyber-attacks.”
