Vacancy for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Minimum 3 Years PQE)

We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with experience of handling construction disputes to join our well-regarded Dispute Resolution team as an associate / senior associate based in our Cardiff offices.

We are highly ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and we provide a friendly, supportive, and inclusive work environment, offering access to high quality work with responsibility commensurate with experience.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious candidate to provide a high quality service to clients, and to help play a part in our further growth.  You would be joining a busy team with the opportunity to advise clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, acting for clients based in Wales and across the UK.  Knowledge of the Welsh Language is an advantage, but not essential.

Technical skills and experience

We are looking for evidence of experience of work in a range of commercial dispute resolution matters, including construction disputes.  As well as being enthusiastic and ambitious, you will require good academics, be technically strong with excellent drafting and written communication skills, and a proven ability to deal effectively with clients having strong interpersonal and team skills.
