Berry Smith Strengthens Teams with Partner Promotions

Berry Smith is delighted to announce the promotion of three senior lawyers to Partner, as a further milestone in the firm’s continued growth and long-term strategy.

Michael Shutt in Employment & HR, Lauren Parsons in Dispute Resolution and Owen James in Corporate Finance have been promoted in recognition of exceptional contribution to the firm and will play an important part in driving forward key areas of the business.

Michael, who joined the firm in 2011 advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious areas of employment law in the private and public sectors.

Lauren joined the firm in 2019 and deals with commercial and property disputes.

Owen joined Berry Smith in 2014 and advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations.
