Senior Associate

About Catrin:

Catrin is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property department and works for a range of clients, including landowners, developers and multiple-occupiers in both the private and public sector. 

Catrin deals with complex transactions including option agreements and conditional contracts, and acts in leasehold transactions from both a landlord and tenant perspective.  Catrin also has experience in acting for lenders and borrowers in financial transactions and dealing with property aspects of corporate transactions.

Dealing with the real estate matters in the multi-million-pound corporate acquisition of a metal recycling business

Acting for a lender in the finance of a £9.5m portfolio in London

Representing a further education corporation on their £60m town centre development, following the £30m development of their STEAM Academy.

Acting for a borrower in the refinance of their extensive portfolio of nurseries in Wales
