About Yee

Yee Leung is a solicitor who initially specialised in residential conveyancing upon qualifying, covering all aspects of sales, purchases and re-mortgages. She joined the firm in February of this year and has moved onto managing her own caseload of commercial property transactions including granting of new leases, licences to assign, lease renewals and other lease negotiation work. She has acted for developers, investors and tenants in the sale and purchases of commercial land and sites, as well as their refinancing matters. Likewise, she has acted for banks and building societies to ensure that they are advised on the important legal matters before completing in loan transactions with the borrower.
