About Rhodri

Rhodri joined the firm in 2007 as an Administration Assistant and is now the Debt & Property Recovery Manager in our highly regarded Dispute Resolution Department. Rhodri deals predominantly with debt and property recovery matters and has acted for a variety of clients, including large corporate entities as well as individual clients and landlords. Rhodri also deals with enforcement of judgment debts, and has experience of making applications for charging orders, third party debt orders, and petitions for individual bankruptcy / company winding up. Rhodri has substantial experience in dealing with litigated matters, including appearing as advocate for clients during Court telephone hearings, presenting applications at Court and also supports the team’s solicitors when required. Rhodri was recognised as a key lawyer in debt recovery practice in the 2022 edition of Legal 500.
