Leading UK Law Firm Appointed By Cancer Charity

Leading law firm, Berry Smith, has been appointed by Tenovus Cancer Care as its new legal representative.

The award-winning law firm, which has offices based across the UK, has been appointed by the Welsh charity to oversee its legal affairs following a competitive tender process completed at the end of 2018.

In its newly determined position, Berry Smith’s specialist property team will be focusing predominantly on supporting Tenovus Cancer Care manage its 63-retail store network which plays a pivotal role in fundraising activities that feed into its research into cancer care in Universities across Wales.  Berry Smith’s business services team will also be advising Tenovus on all of its commercial contracts and corporate governance requirements.
