Berry Smith are delighted to have advised on the sale of Watkin Davies Insurance Consultants Limited to fellow insurers, A-Plan Group.
Since 1978, Watkin Davies have been one of Wales’ largest independent insurance brokers. The business is a market leader in commercial and personal insurance brokers in the region and is the trusted insurance advisors to hundreds of Welsh and UK businesses and individuals.
Following completion of the acquisition, A-Plan Group will now operate £250 million of commercial GWP in over 40 commercial offices throughout the UK
Berry Smith worked closely with the selling shareholder and Watkin Davies’ management team throughout the transaction to facilitate a smooth and efficient transaction
