We are able to provide a complete service to executors or administrators (where there is no Will) from ascertaining the value of all assets in the estate, preparing the relevant tax returns, obtain the grant of representation, prepare the estate accounts and distribute to the beneficiaries. In addition we can advise on any relevant tax planning that should be considered during and after the administration period.
In the case of a dispute involving an estate we will liaise with the specialists in our Dispute Resolution Department who will be able to advise on the appropriate steps to protect the personal representatives.
