Martin Pursall

Martin joined the firm in 2000. Martin previously worked for a large City of London firm.

Martin’s particular experience relates to acting for local based Banks and other financial institutions in their funding of development and investment sites for customers all over the UK.

Martin also regularly acts for residential developers on a variety of sites in relation to site acquisition.

He also acts for numerous landlords and tenants in relation to the granting and taking of commercial leases of offices and industrial premises.

Martin also regularly lectures to the RICS in South Wales.
