Chris Jones
Chris joined the firm in 1992. Since then he has built a reputation for excellence.
Chris is described by Chambers & Partners Guide to the Legal Profession as being a ‘good negotiator and is exceptionally intelligent’.
His practice covers all aspects of property work with an emphasis on the assembly of development sites (for both residential and commercial development) and landlord and tenant work, primarily for retail occupiers.
Recent matters include:
- The acquisition and redevelopment of the latest “Big Sleep Hotel” in Cheltenham
- The division and sale of a large former colliery in West Wales
- Store acquisition and disposal for various multiple retailers
- The disposal of the former Gilesports Distribution Centre in Cardiff
