Andrew Bound

Andrew is a partner in the Transaction and Business Services Department, specialising in corporate finance work, including SME transactions alongside public company advice in respect of both AIM and the London Stock Exchange.

Andrew joined Berry Smith as a Partner in 1994 to establish a corporate team. The successful development of this team has resulted in a 3 partner, 18 fee-earner strong department, with plans for growth on the horizon.

Andrew has a personal citing in the Legal 500 and Chamber and Partners as a leading individual, with the Legal 500 praising the “well regarded” Andrew Bound for his success in establishing the team.
