Alison Hoy

Alison is Chief Executive of Berry Smith.

Alison has an MBA and has undertaken a course on Leading Professional Firms at Harvard Business School, Boston. Alison previously worked in local government and Sony (UK).

During her 18 year career with Berry Smith she has made significant contribution to the firm and is a strong leader within the business.

Alison is often invited to speak at seminars on management and has guided the firm towards Investors in People status and Law Firm of the Year (05/06). Alison is a director of a number of companies including Cardiff Business Club.
