- Successfully defended landowner in an Adjudication in the Land Registry for claim for adverse possession for 8.5 acres of agricultural land
- Obtained High Court injunction and damages for commercial landowner for pollution caused by neighbouring concrete manufacturing plant
- Several successfully instigated/resisted claims for individuals in the County and High Court for claims for beneficial interest in “matrimonial” home after breakdown in relationship
